Spain's debt levels are set to rise next year, piling pressure on the government to apply for aid as it pours funds in to cash-strapped regions, an ailing banking system and rising refinancing costs, its budget showed on Saturday.
People have started treating educational matters seriously with time. With a firm educational background one is better placed to tackle life challenges. More knowledgeable people often come up with sound decisions. Bearing all this in mind, there is a great need for education web hosting.
With the advent of internet technologies, people all over the world became more accustomed to accessing information from the internet. Most telecommunication service providers nowadays provide internet services on simple devices such as mobile phones. Better mobile phones with the capability of allowing one to read books from them are continuously churned out of the production line.
Business entities can these days easily make themselves visible over the internet. With better allocation of online resources this goal is easily achieved. Such a way of looking for an online presence is easy to execute. In the earlier days, owning a website was a preserve of the wealthy organizations. Smaller businesses nowadays find it easier to run and maintain websites. The same is the case for educational institutions.
All these developments can be attributed to specific businesses known as hosts. Hosts buy and maintain giant servers. They carry out their business by leasing bandwidth to organizations that wish to be visible over the internet.
Initially, a host would serve businesses with diverse interests. However, with time, they realized that they can better their services by serving only those entities that pose specific challenges. This reduced the amount of work they needed to do in offering their services. It also eases the work involved in solving customer queries. There was also a platform for exchanging ideas between different clients. All this precipitated the emergence of fully dedicated education web hosting service providers.
Education web hosting firms focus on serving the online needs of educational institutions. They exclusively ensure that material that touches on educational matters is more visible on the internet. These firms advise such institutions on how to make their websites more appealing. They also take deliberate steps, such as search engine optimization, that are intended to attract more visitors to these websites.
This has a number of benefits for both website owners and internet users. The internet has proved to be an invaluable advertising platform. It ranks better than conventional advertising media both in terms of cost and global market reach. If advertisements sponsored by other organizations are placed on a website, the website owner stands to benefit as a result of the advertising revenue.
Organizations that discover their content is appealing may charge a premium on users trying to access some of their content. This increases the revenue of such institutions. In addition to this, organizations that run popular sites are bound to attract advertisers presenting lucrative offers.
Bearing this in mind, any materials that are posted online should be researched on thoroughly. This gives users an incentive to visit educational websites. No effort should thus be spared in trying to get quality content.
Considering all the above information, education web hosting is important. This is a good means of disseminating information. It also boosts the educational value of online content.

Seven years ago, I was introduced to the concept of Nutritional Cleansing. I thought it was a bunch of bunk! Being a traditionally trained Health Professional, I was of the mindset you just have to live a relatively clean and healthy lifestyle ? you know the spiel ? eat healthy, exercise regularly, get rest? you?ve heard it all before! Bottom line, I was pretty closed off to the idea of cleansing and that it could offer any healthy benefits? much less that it could be based on science!
It was my dear friend and managing partner of the Health and Fitness Consulting Company we co-owned who offered to buy one for me, as she wanted my professional opinion. The timing of all this was rather serendipitous as I had just noticed that very morning, the start of a small, but uncomfortable, muffin top!! Eeeek! This urged me to step on the scale (which I rarely did) and I was up 6 lbs. from my ideal weight. This might not sound like much, but I rarely fluctuated.
Given this timing, and that my friend was offering to buy it on my behalf, I decided to give this cleanse a whirl. I did it with my friend as well as my husband at the time (now my ?was-band?). Although I was a little more open to the idea than at first, I still didn?t think I needed to cleanse nor did I expect to see much in terms of any health benefits because I was already working out, teaching fitness regularly, eating well, and had an overall generally healthy lifestyle. However, I admit I had never cleansed my body (other than in my University days? after a night of too much fun) so I was a little curious.
Well, I was into the groove of the program and after only 3 days I noticed my clothes were already looser and I was feeling lighter. Of course, the skeptic in me pronounced the loss as only water weight and that it will come back after I finish the program. Well, fast forward? I completed the program, and much to my disbelief? the results blew me away! I completely lost my little muffin top along with 9 lbs. and the definition in my abdominal muscles had returned. I also experienced greater clarity of mind, sharper vision, deeper sleep on less hours, more energy, increased fitness and? drum roll? increased libido! (Who knew?!) As for my ?was-band?, he experienced similar results and lost 16 lbs. in total. But what caught my attention most was that all his joint pain had significantly diminished and was completely gone in some joints. This improvement intrigued me so much that I decided to do my own research.
What I have come to know through my own personal experience and witnessing the experiences of hundreds of people, as well as my research is two-fold:
First, we do indeed need to cleanse our bodies. Unless you live in a bubble, we are all exposed to environmental toxins. They?re everywhere! And yes, our bodies naturally cleanse themselves, however almost all of us have a higher burden of toxins than our body can handle, so we need to assist the body in removing them. In the example of my ex, he was a firefighter with years of toxins accumulating in his joints. Once he cleansed his joints, he experienced relief.
Secondly, we need to replenish our body with high quality nutrients which most of us simply are not getting in today?s diet. Our earth?s soil isn?t as healthy as it used to be. In fact, the UN did a study and claimed that to have the same nutritional value of one apple back in 1976, you?d have to eat 10 apples today! I don?t think we need a calculator to figure out that it adds up to a lot of calories. And that?s just apples!
These two points are akin to the oil change analogy? you?d never put clean engine oil on top of the old oil. We all know you need to get rid of the old oil first, then put the new oil in! Same goes here: Bad stuff out. Good stuff in. This is why I refer to this as Nutritional Cleansing.
So needless to say, a proper cleaning program is about building your body up, and not about deprivation or starvation. And it is not about pooping all day long! If that happens, you are usually consuming purgatory herbs. There are many cleanses that use these strategies, they give a great illusion of cleansing, but in reality it?s removing the good bacteria along with the bad.
Now being an advocate of nutritional cleansing, I have seen all sorts of people benefit as well: Olympic and elite athletes, the very sick, the underweight, the obese, and even the skeptics like me!
The great thing is that you can make this program whatever you want! I often referred it as ?30 days of transformation?.
Some people cleanse to simply jump-start their health or lose weight. Others up the anti and make it more of a lifestyle cleanse by consciously choosing to cleanse their body as well as cleanse or transform an area (or areas) of their life. This can be an extremely powerful transformation. As I?m sure you?ve heard before, what?s happening on the outside is just a mirror of what?s happening on the inside, and what better way to create true change!
This is how I choose to cleanse now. With the change of season, I will look at my life and ask what needs to be released, cleansed or transformed. A perfect example: I just moved last week. I am in the process of letting go, de-cluttering, re-organizing, cleaning, transforming and bringing in the new. As I continue this process, I will be concurrently doing a 30-day nutritional cleanse, coinciding with Solstice in September.
So I leave you with this question: What needs to be cleansed or transformed in your life? Your home, work environment, mind set, eating habits, attitude, behavior, spiritual practice, finances, fitness program, friends? Nutritional cleansing can be an incredibly powerful form of transformation? if you?re open!

? ? ? President Obama and Arne Duncan's latest foray into modern education reform contains hundreds of millions for teacher performance incentives. While well intentioned, it is misguided. Ultimately it is destructive on several fronts.
? ? ? ?First, incentive pay for professional workers completely and utterly misunderstands motivation. This ten minute video on what motivates professional workers is a must for any leader or policy maker. At the behest of performance pay proponents, Vanderbilt University conducted the most exhaustive study on its effects to date. The results of this pro-performance pay study? It is a colossal waste of resources with zero bang for the buck.
? ? ? Secondly, and more insidious, is the modern reform narrative this reinforces; on purpose. To assume performance pay will close the gap, you must assume teachers just are not working as hard as they can. But for a few extra bucks in the pocket, they would somehow answer more kids questions or grade a few more papers more closely. It reinforces the modern reformers claim that, "If we ignore all factors that affect student achievement except teachers, we can definitively claim that teachers are at fault."
? ? ?Recently in Michigan they completed a total takeover of the urban schools by the staunchest, most vindictive of modern reformers. ?Their own evaluation scheme rated 99% of teachers as either effective or highly effective. Minnesota's top modern reformer has stated, verbatim, that 99% of teachers are fantastic. I will just have to take her word for it. If 99% of teachers are fantastic, and 99% of Michigan teachers are effective, or highly effective, why are we spending hundreds of millions on just 1% of the labor force?
? ? ?The answer is simple, and the third reason why this law is so destructive. We know for a fact that successful schools, Charter, Private, Traditional, you name it, achieve success when all teachers work together on all students. Pitting worker against worker on an assembly line race might work in the business world. A student's achievement is dependent on an entire team of teachers working together over several years. The Super Teacher works great in movies, but it is neither scalable nor sustainable.
? ? ?The Avengers is a much better metaphor for what works in education. Shamefully, that model is less appealing to a society devoted to the myth of the rugged individual. We know from research that incentive pay is not money wisely spent. So ask yourself why they are doing it. It is to divide teachers back into their isolated classroom kingdoms, when we know the best results come when we work in community.
? ? ? Teacher incentive pay is not an efficient way to use taxpayer money. That should be reason enough not to do it when we have so many pressing needs. Worse, incentive pay is counter to all we know about what works in successful schools. Finally, incentive pay forwards the B.S. meme that teachers are responsible for everything wrong with our system.
Apple CEO Tim Cook has posted an open letter to customers on Apple.com concerning iOS 6 Maps. iOS 6 Maps, which replaced the original, Google-powered iOS Maps app with one that drew data from TomTom and others, but which was more wholly owned, controlled, and realized by Apple, has been the subject of controversy since launch due to the quality of data in many areas.
In the open letter, Cook apologizes for the current state of iOS 6 maps, and even goes so far as to recommend competing products from the App Store and the web. He also assures iOS 6 users that Apple will be working "non-stop" to make iOS 6 Maps live up to Apple's standards. (If you want to help Apple improve it, you can submit corrections using the built-in tools.)
Due to the nature and importance of the problems with iOS 6 Maps, mainstream news organizations have been reporting on it throughout the last week. When that happens, Apple typically knows they have to issue a statement and take back control of the story. Previous open letters have included the iPhone 4 "antennagate", the lack of Flash plugin support in iOS, the health of Apple's late CEO, Steve Jobs, and the use of DRM (digital rights management) on iTunes music. In other words, It's a BIG DEAL and a very public sign that Apple is taking a situation very seriously.
Google is expected to release a version of their popular Maps product into the iOS App Store eventually, although they're playing it coy at this point. The deeper problem Apple still has to address is -- how could Apple let this happen? How could Apple release a product that could reasonably be seen to have this consequence, without internally identifying and pre-emptively addressing it at either of their two announcement events, WWDC or the iPhone 5 event, and how could they let the story run away from them for a over a week before responding? This isn't a case of measuring a response to an unforeseeable situation twice and cutting it loose to the press and public once. This is a case of risk assessment and mitigation gone wrong, and of brand currency expended.
Apple doesn't only have to fix maps, they have to fix the process that resulted in Tim Cook having to write this letter.
At Apple, we strive to make world-class products that deliver the best experience possible to our customers. With the launch of our new Maps last week, we fell short on this commitment. We are extremely sorry for the frustration this has caused our customers and we are doing everything we can to make Maps better.
We launched Maps initially with the first version of iOS. As time progressed, we wanted to provide our customers with even better Maps including features such as turn-by-turn directions, voice integration, Flyover and vector-based maps. In order to do this, we had to create a new version of Maps from the ground up.
There are already more than 100 million iOS devices using the new Apple Maps, with more and more joining us every day. In just over a week, iOS users with the new Maps have already searched for nearly half a billion locations. The more our customers use our Maps the better it will get and we greatly appreciate all of the feedback we have received from you.
While we?re improving Maps, you can try alternatives by downloading map apps from the App Store like Bing, MapQuest and Waze, or use Google or Nokia maps by going to their websites and creating an icon on your home screen to their web app.
Everything we do at Apple is aimed at making our products the best in the world. We know that you expect that from us, and we will keep working non-stop until Maps lives up to the same incredibly high standard.
